Demien is the co-founder of Service Solutions, a dedicated support company created to assist small U.S.-based service providers in optimizing their backend operations and enhancing client engagement. After years of managing a small service business and struggling to consistently answer phones while balancing daily operations, I experimented with several answering services. These ranged from poor to excellent, but many fell short of truly representing my business and delivering the level of care my clients deserved.

Fortunately, during a period of transition, I connected with Monika, and together, we elevated the service experience for my clients. Our success sparked conversations about how we could bring this level of personalized care to other small businesses, helping them strengthen client relationships and extend their reach.

From this vision, Service Solutions was born. Monika and I are passionate about creating something exceptional that not only supports work-life balance for small business owners but also helps them rediscover their passion by ensuring their clients receive the best care possible. We’re excited to partner with businesses to magnify their impact and deepen the relationships that drive their success.

I have 13 years of experience in the carpet and rug cleaning industry. My journey has taken me from working as a technician, to starting my own carpet cleaning business to serving as the General Manager of multiple carpet and rug cleaning companies. Along the way, I identified a significant need for high-quality customer support services tailored to the unique challenges of service-based businesses.

Along the way I met Demien, built a business relationship and personal friendship. I started working with Demien and his clients to build lasting relationships with his clients and foster growth through exceptional client interactions. My passion is to provide businesses with the tools and expertise to exceed customer expectations while allowing them to focus on what they do best—delivering outstanding service.

After years of managing a small service business, Demien faced the challenge of balancing daily operations with consistently answering client calls. Despite trying various answering services, none truly represented his business or delivered the level of care his clients deserved. During a transitional phase, Demien partnered with Monika, who’s extensive 12-year experience in the carpet and rug cleaning industry—from technician to General Manager—provided invaluable insights into the unique needs of service-based businesses. Together, they enhanced the client experience, inspiring them to create Service Solutions. Their goal is to help small businesses optimize backend operations, enhance client engagement, and foster growth through exceptional customer support.
